Mercy Infectious Disease Research
Led by leading infectious disease and pulmonary specialist, Gordon Wong, MD, Mercy General Hospital is participating in studies to test the effectiveness of new antibiotic therapy for diseases such as ventilator acquired pneumonia and sepsis. Eligible patients are screened for study participation while they are in the hospital. We hope to help in the search for finding the most effective treatments for these serious diseases.
